By accessing or using Cuadra AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Cuadra AI provides a multi-provider AI platform that enables you to: - Train custom AI models on your proprietary data - Deploy AI assistants via API, embeddable widgets, Channels, or Workspace - Switch between multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral) - Monetize your AI models through Cuadra Channels

You are responsible for: - Maintaining the security of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws - The content you upload for AI training

You agree not to: - Use our services for illegal purposes - Upload content that violates third-party rights - Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures - Resell or redistribute access without authorization - Use our services to develop competing products

**Your Content:** You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide our services. **Our Platform:** Cuadra AI retains all rights to our platform, APIs, and documentation.

- Free tier: No payment required, subject to usage limits - Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected - Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at end of billing cycle - All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cuadra AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
